The complete set of equipment for treating stale garbage produced by Zhengzhou Zhongcheng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is mainly used for sorting stale household garbage that has been buried in cities for many years, and can also be used for garbage sorting in new household garbage concentration areas. This equipment can sort household waste into four main parts: combustible materials, organic soil, recycled materials, and stones. Without the use of advanced treatment equipment, simple methods such as burning combustibles, using organic soil below 20m/m for landscaping, recycling renewable materials (such as using waste plastics as secondary plastics), and using stones as building materials can achieve the goal of reducing, resourceful, and harmless waste, and allowing the land in the treated waste pit to be used for urban construction or for the repeated burial of waste in one pit.

Process plan for the treatment of stale garbage:Excavation+screening+aggregate backfilling/transportation and utilization of humus soil/harmless disposal of screened materialsThe aged garbage is sorted by a sorting system (a combination of conveyor, drum, air separator, disc screen, iron remover, etc.) to separate recyclable and reusable substances, combustibles, organic matter, etc. from the household garbage. After coarse crushing of aged garbage, it is transported by a belt conveyor to a drum screen for screening. Garbage larger than 80mm is called sieved material, and materials smaller than 80mm are called sieved material. The sieved material usually includes paper, wooden blocks, plastic, leather, stones, etc. The sieved material is then sorted out of lightweight combustibles by an air separator and crushed into RDF materials that meet the requirements for kiln incineration by a crusher.
Landfilling aged garbage effectively solves the problem of complex composition of aged garbage through multi-level sorting, multi-mode sorting, and multi-level sorting. It can form final materials (humus soil, light matter, heavy matter, combustibles, non combustibles, etc.) according to customer needs. On the premise of ensuring sorting efficiency, a large amount of stale garbage can be processed simultaneously to meet the on-site processing schedule requirements of customers.
